This is a suit in which plaintiff (appellant) seeks the admeasurement and assignment of dower to defendant (respondent) in the west one-half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 5, Township 27, Range 20, in Christian County, Missouri, and that plaintiff be decreed to be the owner of the fee-simple title in said described land, subject to defendant's dower therein as so admeasured and assigned.
