Before this Court is a Certification of Facts Constituting Civil Contempt from the bankruptcy court entered on March 6,1990. An order is sought from this Court declaring debtor in civil contempt of court for debtor’s violation of the bankruptcy court’s orders. The Certification is based upon the following findings of fact. The bankruptcy case was initiated by the filing of an involuntary petition against debtor by Nevada National Bank (NNB) on February 2, 1989.
