The North American Car Corporation, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, filed an application for injunction against F. L. Martin, hereinafter referred to as defendant, in the district court of Pontotoc county, wherein it was sought to enjoin defendant from proceeding to execute an order of sale of a certain oil refinery located near the town of Allen, Okla. From a judgment in favor of plaintiff, defendant has appealed.
