Appeal from jury term. Action by Susan Walther against the American District Telegraph Company for personal injuries. From a judgment, entered on a verdict in favor of plaintiff, and from an order denying a motion for a new trial, plaintiff appeals. Affirmed.

This is an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff by reason of the alleged negligence of defendant in permitting a wire on the roof of No. 207 East Fourteenth street, in this city, to become loose from its fastenings, and permitting it to remain in that unsafe condition.
