MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

Defendant has moved, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), for an order transferring this action to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Eleven days prior to the filing of the complaint herein, Plaintiff initiated an action in the Northern District of California against its former employee, Ralph E. Menser.
