This is a “show cause” disbarment proceeding instituted in the Supreme Court of Alabama by the Grievance Committee of *428the Alabama State Bar against Thomas D. McDonald, respondent.
The prayer is for the issuance of an order from this Court directing the respondent' to show cause, if any exists, why he should not be disbarred and his name stricken from the rolls of this Court, pursuant to Amended Rule 37, Section A, of the Rules Governing the Conduct of Attorneys in Alabama, and pursuant to the inherent powers of this Court over admissions and disbarments of attorneys at law in…
