MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

GETZENDANNER, District Judge:

Plaintiff Joanne Mary Murphy, a former Chicago Transit Authority (“CTA”) staff attorney, filed a three-count action against the CTA and seven of its employees seeking compensatory and punitive damages for sex discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Count I), intentional infliction of emotional distress (Count II), and willful and wanton conduct (Count III).
