GARRISON, Judge.
Appellant (Defendant) was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $100 after a jury found him guilty of the Class B misdemeanor of sexual abuse in the third degree, § 566.-*144120.1 On this appeal, Defendant alleges insufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction, instructional error, and violation of Defendant’s right to compulsory process by the court’s failure to issue a writ of attachment for a witness who failed to appear.
