Charles B. Bills, as trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of Edward B. Howard, trading as Howard & Co., bankrupt, commenced an action in the Circuit Court of the United States for the Eastern District of New York on the 16th day of January, 1900, against Sylvester G. Whiton, as executor of the estate of Charles H. Skidmore, deceased.
