The plaintiff Albert B. Stempel is the son-in-law of the defendant Norman Rosen. In March 1975, by oral agreement, the parties became equal partners in three printing brokerage businesses which operated under the names of Ross Printing and Mailing, Beekon Offset and Brown Bros, (hereinafter the businesses). On July 30, 1977, without the benefit of counsel, the parties entered into a written agreement which was prepared by the plaintiff.
