I. Introduction

This is a habeas case under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Michigan parolee Erwin Harris (“Petitioner”) 1 was convicted of two counts of armed robbery and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony following a jury trial in the Washtenaw County Circuit Court in 1999.
