David Phillip Gilbert was convicted of armed robbery, rape, aggravated sodomy, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He appeals.
The victim testified at trial that on the afternoon of November 25, 1987, a man she identified as appellant came to her front door, described himself as a bail bondsman, showed her a photograph, and asked her whether she had seen the woman in the photograph.
