This is a suit in which the original complainant, Maudell Rutledge, the defendant-in-error here, was granted a divorce in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, John W. Wilson, Judge, presiding. As alimony, she was decreed absolute interest in a house and lot in the city of Memphis, valued at approximately $4,000, and given a judgment for an additional $75 to be applied to the fee for services of her attorney.. The property had been conveyed to both parties in 1945.
