OPINION
RILEY, Judge.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Appellant-Defendant, Franklin Patterson (Patterson), appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellee-Plaintiff, Daniel Dykes (Dykes). 1
We affirm.
ISSUE
Patterson raises one issue on appeal, which we restate as follows: whether the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Dykes and against Patterson.
