Peter Iacovelli and his company, Dis-poz-O-Plastics, Inc. (“Dispoz-O”), appeal from a judgment of conviction entered in the United States District- Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Iaeovel-li and Dispoz-O were convicted of conspiracy to fix prices in the plastic cutlery industry in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1.
