In this accounting malpractice action, Citizens Bank entered into a tolling agreement with Navarro, Elíseo & O’Connell, Terrance Navarro, and Laurence Elisco (collectively, “the accounting firm”) that provided, in part, that all statute of limitations defenses and other defenses were tolled from the effective date of the agreement, May 1, 2003, through the date of the termination of the agreement, December 31, 2005.
