LEMMON, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment maintaining an exception of no cause of action and dismissing a petition for nullity of judgment and injunctive relief.

C.I.T. Leasing Corporation had entered into three written contracts to lease certain equipment to Bar-Tender of Louisiana, Inc., with options to purchase the equipment. Robert U.
