RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

The petitioners (referred to collectively as the Directors) served during the relevant period as directors of the Rushville National Bank of Rushville, Indiana (Bank). They seek review of a decision of the Comptroller of the Currency (Comptroller) that assessed civil money penalties against *1353them for violations of cease and desist orders. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the Comptroller.
