Commercial Laundry Company, Incorporated, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff,, filed its motion for judgment against Ames & Webb, Incorporated, and Virginia Electric & Power Company to recover damages alleged to have been done to the plaintiff’s building located at the corner of Hampton boulevard and Twenty-sixth street, in the city of Norfolk, by an excavation adjacent to the plaintiff’s premises.
