This cause originated in the county court of Galveston county, sitting in probate, upon a petition filed in said court by Isadore Kopperl, praying that the theretofore probate of the will of Herman Kopperl, deceased, be set aside, and that said will be held to be null and void. The parties made defendants were Mrs. Nana Sterling, formerly the wife of Herman Kopperl, deceased, and now the wife of J. J. Sterling, individually and as a devisee under the will of her deceased husband, Herman Kopperl, and as independent executrix under his will, J. J. Sterling, her husband, and others whom it is…
