PARRISH, Judge.

Larry Taylor (defendant) filed a pleading denominated “Motion Pursuant to Rule 29.12(b) to Correct a Manifest Injustice or Miscarriage of Justice.” The pleading was filed in a criminal case in the Circuit Court of Howell County, Missouri, where defendant had been found guilty following a jury trial of manufacturing marijuana (Count I) and possession of more than 35 grams of marijuana (Count II).
