OPINION
STOVER, Justice.
Appellant was charged by indictment with one count of aggravated robbery and one count of aggravated assault. At arraignment, appellant entered a plea of not guilty; however, on the morning of trial appellant entered his plea of guilty to the indictment before the jury and requested the jury assess his punishment. The jury assessed punishment at ninety-nine years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine for the aggravated robbery and twenty years imprisonment and a $10,-000 fine for the aggravated assault.
