delivered the opinion of the Court.

Act No. 77 of May 1,1941 (Sess. Laws, p. 670) authorized the Governor and the Commissioner of the Interior of Puerto Rico to sell to the United States Government for national-defense purposes, a dry dock and the lands wherein the same is constructed.

In order to facilitate said sale and upon agreement between the United States Navy Department and the Commissioner of the Interior of Puerto Rico, the Government of the United States condemned said property and acquired and accepted the exclusive jurisdiction thereon upon taking…
