Kim Rosser and Lacey Rosser, a minor, suing by and through Kim Rosser, her mother and next friend (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Rosser"), appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of AAMCO Transmissions, Inc., in an action brought by Rosser against AAMCO in the Jefferson Circuit Court.
