This cause involves an appeal by Walkem Development Company, Inc. and Wake Realty Company, Inc., an affiliated corporation, which holds title to Lot 866, Section E, Parkway Village Subdivision in Shelby County, Tennessee, from a decree of the Chancery Court of Shelby County which adversely affects their interest in and title to said Lot 866.
