On March 21, 2013, defendants Heriberto Martinez (“Martinez”) and Carlos Orte*184ga (“Ortega”) (collectively, “defendants”) were convicted, after a jury trial, of all counts with which they were charged pursuant to a 27 defendant, 70-count superseding indictment filed on March 3, 2011 in United States v. Prado, No. 10-CR-074 (JFB).
