The defendant in error brought an action in the circuit court for Leon county against the railroad company to recover damages for stock killed by the defendant’s train. It is alleged that on or about March 1st, 1909, one spotted sow of the value of $4.00 was killed; that on or about August 1st, 1909, a black barrow of the value of $4.00 was killed; that on or about September 15th, 1909, one three quarter Jersey cow of the value of $25.00, one half blood Jersey cow of the value of $20.00, and one calf of the value of $10.00 were killed; that on or about December 13th, .1909, one sheep of the…
