{concurring). I agree with the majority opinion's analysis supporting Stietz's entitlement to the self-defense jury instruction and join the opinion. I write separately because the circuit court also erred when it refused to allow Stietz to present a defense based on evidence that the DNR wardens were trespassers on private property, and I disagree with the majority's assertion that "[w]e need not" address this issue.
