This is an appeal from the department of labor and industry. Tbe defendant William Bomfas Lumber Company and defendant Jacob Marmie during tbe latter part of tbe year 1934 entered into a contract for tbe production of forest products and by agreement Mannie was to become subject to tbe provisions of tbe workmen’s compensation act to tbe end that tbe lumber company was not to become liable for compensation to tbe employees of Manme.
