The defendants appeal from a judgment approving and confirming the final settlement of Lee Baker, executor. The court made findings of fact, of which no complaint is made, to the following effect, omitting those of no importance here. Henry Baker died testate, September 24, 1910, leaving as his heirs his widow, Millie, and his children, Lee, George, William, Minnie Webster, Celia Gentry and Parthena Smith. He died seized of certain land in Leavenworth county on which he and his wife had, in May, 1903, made a mortgage for $1,500 to Sherman…
