COLLARD, Associate Justice.
This suit was originally brought in the Justice Court of Precinct No. 6 of Williamson County, a garnishment proceeding, by which appellants sought to subject to payment of a debt due them by T. J. Inman a debt claimed to be due by appellee Garner to Inman. The writ of garnishment was issued November 6, 1893, and served'on Garner November 8, 1893. Garner answered the writ December 5, 1893, admitting an indebtedness to T. J. Inman in the amount of $200.
