LEEDY, Judge.

Action by Leona Pinkston to recover $25,000 damages for personal injuries sustained by her when struck by an automobile owned by defendant Robert McClana-han and driven by his 17-year-old son Patrick, the other defendant. The jury returned a verdict (signed by ten members) finding the issues in favor of plaintiff and against both defendants, and assessing plaintiff’s damages in the sum of $2,000.
