Affirming in part and reversing in part.
Appellant survived Charles Andrews who was killed in 1937 while in appellee’s employ; she filed her claim for compensation. It was agreed that Andrews met his death in course of and arising out of his employment, and that his earnings were such as to entitle claimant to recover maximum compensation, if any due her.
