¶1 Lynda Morris's license to operate a motor vehicle was revoked due to her refusal to submit to a chemical test after her arrest for third-offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). On appeal, Morris argues the circuit court erred by denying her motion to vacate the license revocation order. She claims the order is void because her procedural due process rights were violated when the revocation order was entered prior to the expiration of the statutory ten-day notice period within which she could request a hearing on the revocation.
