BROWN, Justice.

There are three decisions by this court interpreting and applying the provisions of the statute authorizing the consolidation of ‘“causes of like nature or relation to the same question,” pending in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County. Two dealt with common law actions for damages growing out of automobile collisions and the other a bill in equity.
