TERRY, Associate Judge:

Respondent, an attorney admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, pleaded guilty on February 12, 1993, to an information charging him with tax evasion, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201 (1988). 1 On May 18, 1993, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland sentenced him to two years’ probation, with 160 hours of community service. The court also or dered him to make restitution to the Internal Revenue Service in the amount of $20,000.
