This case is currently before this court on Plaintiff’s Motion in Limine to prohibit the Defendant from eliciting any testimony from G. Edward Chappell, M.D., regarding his opinions of Ms. McCoy’s case, treatment, or condition. The dispositive facts of this case follow.

On June 6,1997, Plaintiff and Defendant were involved in an automobile accident wherein Defendant allegedly ran into the driver’s side of Plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff alleges that as a result of this accident, she sustained injuries for which she had to seek medical attention. In the course of…
