Plaintiff originally filed her complaint in this case on July 11, 1985, alleging that her employment by an agency of the State of Maryland was terminated, inter alia, because of her sex and in retaliation for her protests about sex and race discrimination, and the like, all in violation of Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 et seq. Since then plaintiff has been permitted to amend her complaint on three occasions.
