BAUM, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried by a special court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of one specification of cocaine use in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 912a and was sentenced to a bad conduct discharge, confinement for four months and reduction to E-l. That sentence was approved by the Convening Authority. Before this Court, Appellant has assigned three errors: that he was convicted of wrongful use of cocaine on the basis of uncharged adultery misconduct; that improper sentencing…
