Defendant pled guilty to two counts of statutory rape of a person of the age of 14 years when the Defendant was at least six years older than the victim, statutory rape of a person of the age of 14 years when the Defendant was more than four but less than six years older than the victim, failure to submit a change of address as a sex offender, felonious breaking and entering, two counts of felonious larceny, two counts of felonious possession of stolen goods, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon pursuant to a plea agreement.
