Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia ATLANTA,____________________ July 21, 2020 The Court of Appeals hereby passes the following order: A20A2007. WILLIS L. METHENY v. THE STATE. In 1991, Willis L. Metheny was convicted of five counts of burglary and one count of possession of burglary tools. He was sentenced to 65 years, to serve 60 years in prison and the remainder on probation, and he was ordered to pay restitution. We affirmed his convictions on appeal. Metheny v. State,
