The final decree in this cause directed the defendant Sadie Hagen to “account to the complainant lor the rents and income” ol the lands which have been the subject-matter ol this litigation, and to “pay over to him one-half of the net rents and profits.” The nature of this litigation and the character of the possession of the premises in dispute by the defendant Sadie Hagen, out of which arose her liability to account to the complainant, her brother, are fully disclosed in the report of the ease in this court and in the court of errors and appeals.
