CROW, Judge.
On April 23, 1996, Linzzie Van1 (“Mov-ant”) pled guilty in New Madrid County to robbery in the first degree (Count I) and armed criminal action (Count II). The pleas were entered pursuant to a plea agreement, the terms of which appear in the following excerpt from the transcript of the guilty plea proceeding:
