This is an action of forcible entry and detainer. Plaintiff alleges:

‘ ‘ That the plaintiff herein is entitled to the possession of -all of that certain building known as 601 Main street, situated upon lot four (4), block three (B), original town of Klamath Palls.

“That the defendant is in possession of certain desk space in said building and unlawfully holds the same with force and that the plaintiff is entitled to the possession thereof.
