This cause is before us on writ of error to review a judgment of the district court which set aside an award of the Industrial Commission granting unemployment compensation to the individual claimants. We herein refer to plaintiffs in error as claimants, or the men; the Hayden Coal Company being designated as the operator, or employer. Claimants prosecute the writ of error.
