Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Dier, J.), entered January 28, 1999 in Warren County, which granted defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint against defendant Patrick Minarcin for lack of personal jurisdiction.

Plaintiff is a resident of the County of Warren and was the District Attorney of that county at all times material to his complaint.
