This matter comes before us on a Motion for summary judgment filed by Diane Staniszewski (hereafter “defendant”) on November 12, 2013. On December 6, 2013, Jillian Haubrich (hereafter “plaintiff’) filed a response to defendant’s motion for summary judgment, and a brief in opposition to defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
