Fred G. Walsen as executor of the estate of William E. Renshaw, deceased, brought an action against Arthur Portenier for damages; to recover possession of certain mining property in Clear Creek county; and for injunctive relief. Judgment was entered in favor of Walsen, to review which Portenier sued out a writ of error and the judgment was affirmed. Portenier v. Walsen, Extr., 112 Colo. 130, 146 P. (2d) 894.
