PRELIMINARY STATEMENT OF ACTION
In this action for injunctive relief, plaintiff, a female employee of the State of Florida, seeks to enjoin defendants, her employer and immediate supervisors, from certain alleged retaliatory conduct against her as the result of plaintiff’s exercise of a fundamental civil right during the course of her employment, the exercise of this right which is alleged to find protection within the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
