In this proceeding to settle judicially the accounts of executors it is necessary for the purpose of distribution to construe the following paragraphs of the will of testatrix: “ To my goddaughter, Helen Neilson Edmonds, I give $10,000 in trust * * “ My real estate and any remaining personal estate I leave to my nephew, Lynde Gatlin.
